Once you’ve logged in as a tax preparer you will click Client Management on the left navigation bar.
Once you’ve selected the client who needs to sign you then click the Documents Tab at the top of the window. Next you will click the far right icon to begin your e-signature request.. “Sign Request” should appear while hovering your mouse over the icon on the far right of the screen.
After selecting the icon on the far right you are then brought to the e-sign screen. Drag and resize your signature into all the areas of the document that need to be signed by you, the tax preparer. Then drag the client’s email address into all the areas they need to sign.
Note: The first time you access the e-signature tools you will need to create your own digital signature.
